Anwen Knudson, an alumna of the Tourism program, talks with students about how she decided to be a Tourism major, what skills she gained in the program, the mentorship she received and the confidence she has moving forward into the unknown.
David Busath, a recent graduate of Geospatial Science & Technology talks about his experience at BYU and the process he went through to decide on his major. He talks about the questions he asked himself, the support he received and how creating intentional experiences led to a job upon graduation.
Robert Parry, an alumnus of Geospatial Intelligence talks about the skills he gained in this program at BYU. He talks through the supplemental experiences that helped him gain more of an understanding about what he could do with his degree and advises students to adopt experiences that will help guide and provide clarity.
Sophia Harris, a student at BYU graduating Winter 2023, talks about her journey through deciding on a major and how she has embraced the ambiguity of not really knowing what she wants to do with it, but knows it will give her the education and skills she is looking for. She gives advice to students seeking to know how to move through the decision of choosing a major.
